Teen Died After Friends Took Turns Shooting Each Other

15-year-old Florida teen Christopher Broad died in Orlando hospital on the evening of April 3rd after Broad and his friends took turns shooting one another with body armor on. 

 

According to CBS News, Joshua Vining, 17, was the friend who was responsible for fatally shooting Christopher, “Detectives discovered evidence to prove that Vining shot and killed Broad. Vining shot at Broad while he was wearing the vest and he was struck.”

 

Vining has now been charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child with a firearm and has posted his bail which has been set at $30,000, according to CBS News.  Investigators have found there has been another boy, 16, involved, name unknown, who lied to police about the situation and is now being charged with giving authorities false information. They have both been charged as adults.
