MMC class trip to The Climate Museum

Reading Time: < 1 minute

On Thursday October 27th, Professor Serafin brought her Climate Reporting Journalism class to the Climate Museum Pop Up on Wooster street in lower Manhattan. There, students were able to take action in writing to lawmakers as well as learn about art and different facts and figures in the fight for saving our planet from the changing climate.

Walking in, the eye-catching art by David Opdyke is displayed with the message that the conflicting efforts are affecting the world, but the happy middle just does not exist.

While talking with the museum guides and taking advantage of all the opportunities available at the pop up, students were inspired and eager to get started on their own projects to take part in the change.
