The Meaning: The Wheel of Fortune whispers to you about autonomy and destiny. 

Luck is changing and opportunities are opening up. It is possible that you are being given a new perspective on a situation that you are in, or that your role is being reframed.

However, the nature of the wheel tells us that these changes can only be accessed if you choose to seek them out. Something that is meant for you is finding its way to you this week—but only if you spin the wheel.
